Run the installer
This includes image pack for AT-43 and for Confrontation (donwloaded during installation)
When running the installer, thoses subinstaller will be run automatically.

Or you can install it manually (not recommended)

Go to the author website
Download the package, unzip it
Run Map Editor
Use the Add Pack feature to install AT-43 image pack you can get here
Use the Add Pack feature to install Confrontation image pack you can get here
In Open R-Community Tools, go to the options, MapEditor tab, and set the MapEditor folder.
